Where the standard came from

Sultan Al Shene learned the trade on Aberdeen's docks from 1975, working directly with landed catch before any factory existed.

Between 1982 and 1995, processing factories turned that dock knowledge into a repeatable standard for handling shrimp and shellfish.

That standard now runs under Al Shene Marine Holding, with Rashid overseeing the daily operations, logistics and supply that keep it consistent.
